Funerals
If someone you know and love has died, a funeral led by a Church of England minister can be held in church, in a churchyard, by a graveside, or at a crematorium. The minister will be there to support you through this difficult time. As well as helping you to arrange a funeral within the parish Reverend Mark Neave can also offer pastoral support 01548 721 306 or mark.neave@live.co.uk.

A Service of Light for Loved Ones
Traditionally in November the Christian Church gives those who have died a special place in her prayers and cherishes them in her memory.
Each year we are pleased to warmly invite you to a special service on the afternoon of the first Sunday of November, during which we will remember and pray for our departed loved ones by name. There will be an opportunity too to light candles to support our prayers, and to reflect with love and thanksgiving how much all those who have died mean to us. We continue to pray for those we love even if we see them no longer, just as we did when they were with us because we love and care about them still.
Please check our website (church Services and What's On pages), Facebook page and church noticeboards from mid October onwards and we will share more information about the service and how to let us know if you would like us to mention your loved one by name in the service.

Remembering with flowers at Easter and Christmas
St Michael's and All Angels is decorated with seasonal flowers for Easter and Christmas. At Easter you can make donations for stems of lilies and at Christmas for red carnations. Please check our website, Facebook page and church noticeboards for more information during Lent and Advent.
