Confirmation is a special church service in which the candidates confirm the promises that were made when they were baptized. For those people baptized as children, the parents and godparents will have made those promises on their behalf. The candidates are now ready to affirm those promises for themselves, and commit their lives to following Jesus Christ. As their friends and families, we welcome you to support and pray for them, along with members of the local Christian community.

While usually we encourage everyone to feel welcome to join our services and visit our churches, swifts, swallows and house martins are much safer if they stay outside. We ask that you close church doors behind you, where possible this spring.

Raising funds for the community flower festival
Everyone welcome! The course is free to attend and refreshments are provided. If you haven't attended a course before and are not sure what to expect please do contact us to find out more.
Put the date in your diary! The Flower Angels are organising a quiz night on 11th March 2026.
